Meet your colourful guides dressed as hospital charactors from the 1800's, listen to the ancient keys jingle as they unlock the doors of the past. Experience our interpretative display and immerse yourself in the history of honey from stories told long ago. Accompany a beekeeper through dramatic rural landscapes and breathe... the pure fresh air whilst gathering honey from towering eucalyptus forests and valley grasses.
Watch how a modern day packing plant and distribution system takes the liquid gold from the hives through to your breakfast toast or drizzled onto fresh fruit – 100% pure and natural as nature meant it to be.
Relax in the courtyard with a coffee, locally made honey biscuits and ice cream and then help the kids put together the monster jigsaw or find the Queen Bee in the glass fronted live bee display.

For a taste of history, take a trip down memory lane and visit Murray Breweries where you can sample and enjoy gourmet cordials of long forgotten flavours made to time-honoured recipes. The historic brewery was built in 1865 on the site of a natural mineral spring which continues to provide the pure water used in all beverages. The wide range of flavours include: Brewed Ginger, Sarsaparilla, Raspberry Vinegar, Lime Juice, Cloves, Portello, Mint Julep, Spiced Apple, Peppermint, Bitters Lemon & Lime, Lemon Ginger and Chilli Punch. You are invited to visit the unique Cellar Museum which houses a large bottle collection, brewing equipment, a world wide label collection and other memorabilia.
